Welcome to Caring Transitions of South St. Petersburg

Owners Jeff and Teresa Newcomb bring many years of experience helping seniors and their families.  Jeff has a Master’s degree in counseling and practiced for many years helping seniors and their families deal with some of the most difficult situations that seniors face as they age.  He also gained very valuable skills and knowledge running a family business as well as his own real estate business.  Teresa brings 34 years of experience treating and caring for seniors as a Dental Hygienist as well as many years of experience helping seniors through her volunteer work through the church and other volunteer organizations.  They both have very personal experiences watching and helping their parents and grandparents as they navigate their own aging issues, even helping Jeff's family as they worked at home with caregivers and then later with various facilities as his grandfather fought Alzheimer's disease. They bring this wealth of experience to help others as individuals and families transition and navigate through their senior years and make these changes as stress free as possible.
